摘要
针对发动机缸体缸盖铸件新产品研发,基于MAGMASOFT®对产品的铸造工艺进行系统的分析,从铸件充型过程的卷气、速度场、温度场、流动轨迹,凝固过程的缩孔缩松缺陷,以及铸件材料强度等进行模拟预测,对铸造工艺进行优化,确保新产品开发试制工艺及质量稳定可靠。
Aiming at the new product research and development of engine cylinder head castings,the casting process of the products was systematically analyzed based on MAGMASOFT®,and the casting process was optimized by simulating and predicting the entrainment,velocity field,temperature field,flow path of the casting filling process,shrinkage cavity and porosity defects in the solidification process,as well as the strength of casting materials.Ensure new product development and trial production process and quality is stable and reliable.
