摘要
为了减少或消除铸钢件中的各种夹杂物,在铸造浇注系统上采用泡沫陶瓷过滤器,根据铸件的结构和浇注系统特点确定放置位置、选择型号、设计底座,并在核电用铸钢阀件上进行生产验证。通过RT检测铸件内、外表面超标夹渣、夹砂类缺陷明显减少;PT检测产品合格率达到94.8%。
In order to reduce or eliminate various inclusions in steel castings,the foam ceramic filter was used on the pouring system.the placement position,model selection and base design were determined through the structure of the castings and the characteristics of the pouring system.Production verification was carried out on cast steel valves for nuclear power.The defects of slag and sand inclusion of castings were significantly reduced by testing RT.The PT test results showed that the qualified rate of the product reached 94.8%.
