健康中国行动实施背景下,公立医院为完成新时代改善全民健康的艰巨任务,不断探索如何在党建引领下发展自身业务并与全社会实现联动,发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用,进行优势互补从而推动人类健康事业高质量发展。以罗湖医院集团创建区域党建联盟为例,分析联建互融模式和实践经验,总结问题与不足,为医联体党建工作探索提供参考,推动卫生健康事业高质量发展。

In order to complete the arduous task of improving health status of the whole population in the new era,public hospitals in China constantly explore how to develop its own business under the leadership of Party building and achieve linkage with the whole society in the context of Health China Action.It is essential to give full play to the role of grassroots Party organizations as a fighting fortress so as to complement advantages to promote high-quality development of human health.Taking Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group creating a regional Party building alliance as an example,the paper analyzes the model and practical experience of joint construction and mutual integration and summarizes problems and deficiencies to provide reference for the exploration of Party building of the medical alliance and promote the high-quality development of health care.
