摘要
通过整合连州市医疗总院12间乡镇卫生院所有岗位,实施统一岗位设置和岗位聘任,改变了乡镇卫生院各自管理岗位的局面,充分合理地利用了现有岗位,在岗位总数不变的情况下,增加了人均可聘任岗位以及紧缺岗位数量,调动了乡镇卫生院专业技术人员工作的积极性和主动性,促进了连州市县域医共体建设和乡镇卫生院的业务发展。
By integrating all positions in 12 township hospitals of Lianzhou Medical General Hospital,implementing unified post setting and appointment,the situation of each management position in township hospitals has been changed,and existing positions have been fully and reasonably utilized.While the total number of positions remains unchanged,the number of per capita employable positions and scarce positions has been increased,mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of professional and technical personnel in township hospitals,and promoting the construction of county-level medical communities and the business development of township hospitals in Lianzhou.
