《三级医院评审标准(2020年版)实施细则》的出台及《公立医院高质量发展促进行动(2021—2025年)》的开展对医院的管理提出了更高的要求,传统直线职能制管理模式已经难以解决系统性的管理问题。深圳某医院探索建立了网格化管理及行政“MDT”相结合的医院管理模式,有效的提高了医院管理的效率及效能,提高了员工满意度。

The introduction of the Implementation Rules of the Tertiary Hospital Evaluation Standards(2020 edition)and the implementation of the High Quality Development Promotion Action for Public Hospitals(2021-2025)have put forward higher requirements for hospital management,and the traditional linear functional system management mode has been difficult to solve the systemic management problems.A hospital in Shenzhen explored and established a hospital management mode combining grid management and administrative“MDT”,which effectively improved the efficiency and efficacy of hospital management and improved employee satisfaction.
