浅谈现代化医院人力资源信息管理系统的建设与思考

在公立医院综合改革的背景下,高速发展的信息技术与传统人力资源信息管理间的矛盾日益凸显。利用信息化手段推动人力资源管理工作,俨然成为医院发展的重要环节。本文通过G医院G-HR系统的建设实践,总结了信息管理系统在公立医院人力资源管理中的应用,并结合实际提出了医院人力资源信息管理系统发展的后续思路。

Under the background of comprehensive reform of public hospitals,the contradiction between the rapid development of information technology and traditional management of human resource information has become increasingly prominent.Using information technology to promote human resource management has become an important link in the stable development of hospitals.Through the construction practice of G-HR system of G hospital,this paper summarizes the application of information management system in human resource management in public hospitals,and puts forward the follow-up ideas for the development of hospital human resources information management system based on the actual situation.
