以循证为基础的预见性护理联合运动干预对ICU神经重症患者的影响

Effect of Evidence-based Predictive Nursing Combined with Exercise Intervention on ICU Patients with Severe Neurological Diseases

目的:分析以循证为基础的预见性护理联合运动干预对重症监护病房(ICU)神经重症患者的影响。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年4月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队九一〇医院治疗的98例ICU神经重症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组(n=49)与对照组(n=49),两组均接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予以循证为基础的预见性护理联合运动干预。比较两组并发症发生情况、日常生活活动评分(ADL评分)、运动功能评分、护理满意度及护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理总满意度、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组ADL评分及运动功能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组ADL评分及运动功能评分较护理前均升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将以循证为基础的预见性护理联合运动干预运用在ICU神经重症患者的治疗过程中,能有效降低并发症发生率,提高ADL评分、运动功能评分及护理满意度,改善神经功能情况。

Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based predictive nursing combined with exercise intervention on intensive care unit(ICU)patients with severe neurological diseases.Method:A total of 98 ICU patients with severe neurological diseases who treated in the 910th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from June 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects,according to the random number table method they were divided into the observation group(n=49)and the control group(n=49).The patients in two groups were given routine nursing,on this basis the patients in the observation group was given evidence-based predictive nursing combined with exercise intervention.The complications,activity of daily living score(ADL score),motor function score,nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of two groups were compared.Result:The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the total nursing satisfaction and total effective rate were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in ADL score and motor function score between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the ADL score and motor function score of two groups were increased compared with those before nursing,and the observation group were higher than thos e in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based predictive nursing combined with exercise intervention in the treatment of ICU patients with severe neurological diseases can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the ADL score,motor function score and patient's nursing satisfaction,and improve the patient's neurological function.
