支持性干预在腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产产妇围手术期中的应用效果

Application Effect of Supportive Intervention during Perioperative Period of Cesarean Section Puerpera under Combined Spinal and Epidural Anesthesia

目的:分析支持性干预在腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产产妇围手术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年3月在湖南省妇幼保健院进行剖宫产的120例产妇作为观察对象。根据计算机随机分组法将其分为对照组及研究组,各60例。对照组围手术期行常规护理,研究组围手术期在对照组基础上给予支持性干预。比较两组干预后抑郁情绪、胎儿情况及产妇护理满意度。结果:干预后,研究组心境、乐趣、自责、焦虑、恐惧、失眠、应付能力、悲伤、哭泣及自伤评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胎儿窘迫、胎儿疱疹病毒感染、脐带受压总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组医院服务、护理服务满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产产妇围手术期应用支持性干预,可有效降低产妇抑郁情绪,改善胎儿情况,提升产妇对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of supportive intervention during perioperative period of cesarean section puerpera under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia.Method:A total of 120 puerpera who underwent cesarean section in Hunan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects.According to the computer random grouping method,they were divided into control group and study group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the study group received supportive intervention on the basis of the control group during the perioperative period.Depression mood before and after intervention,fetal condition and puerpera nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the scores of mood,fun,self-blame,anxiety,fear,insomnia,coping ability,sadness,crying and self-injury in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of fetal distress,fetal herpes virus infection and umbilical cord compression in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the hospital services,nursing services nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of supportive intervention during the perioperative period of cesarean section puerpera under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia can effectively reduce the depression mood,improve the fetal situation,and enhance the puerpera satisfaction with the nursing work.
