摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是普遍而复杂的内分泌疾病,影响育龄期女性。其特征为月经不规律,高雄激素血症,并存在多囊卵巢形态。PCOS指南建议将改变生活方式(饮食和/或体育活动)作为PCOS的一线治疗方法,但在现代新的医疗模式下,PCOS中的生活方式干预也需要被延伸至传统生理健康之外的更大范畴,临床医生在探索PCOS最佳管理的过程中也认识到心理和睡眠等其他生活方式干预对PCOS患者整体健康和生活质量的重要性。本文综述了体育运动、饮食、心理状态、睡眠在PCOS中的研究进展。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is common and complex endocrine disease that affects women of reproductive age.It is characterized by irregular menstruation,hyperandrogenism,and the presence of polycystic ovarian morphology.PCOS guidelines recommend the lifestyle changes(diet and/or physical activity)as first-line treatment method for PCOS,but in modern new medical models,lifestyle interventions in PCOS also need to be extended beyond the range of traditional physical health.Clinicians in the process of exploring the optimal management of PCOS have also recognized the importance of other lifestyle interventions such as psychology and sleep for the overall health and quality of life of PCOS patients.This article reviewed the research progress of physical exercise,diet,psychological state and sleep in PCOS.
