摘要
基于教学实践,针对地方本科高校应用型人才培养模式构建中存在的突出问题,建立“课程模块+课程群”的“一贯式”教学体系;建立虚实结合、线上线下结合的综合实践教学平台与创新实验区,开发虚拟仿真实验教学资源信息平台;创建实践教学与科训、竞赛相融合的训练体系,加强学生创新能力的培养,使创新创业教育落地;构建“产学研用”合作的协同育人平台与课程体系,逐步形成基于“虚—实—创”协同提升的应用型人才培养新模式。
Based on the teaching practice,it is necessary to establish the“consistent”teaching system of“curriculum module+curriculum group”in view of the prominent problems existing in the construction of the cultivation model of applied talents in local undergraduate universities;establish the comprehensive practical teaching platform and innovative experiment zone combining virtual and real,online and offline,and develop the information platform of virtual simulation experimental teaching resources;create the training system that integrates practical teaching with scientific training and competition,strengthen the cultivation of students innovative ability,and implement innovation and entrepreneurship education;construct the collaborative education platform and curriculum system based on“industry-university-research-application”cooperation,and gradually form a new model of applied talent cultivation based on collaborative improvement of“virtual-reality-Innovation”.
