Conceptional Requirements and Implementation Path of High Quality Development of Foreign Trade inAnhui Province under the New Development Pattern of“Double-cycle”

在“一带一路”倡议、“自由贸易试验区”等战略辐射下,安徽省对外贸易在贸易市场、贸易窗口、贸易平台、贸易业态、贸易通道等方面呈现出新特点与新动态。在“双循环”新发展格局战略蓝图下,建议安徽省对外贸易坚持走“多元创新、协调开放、普遍绿色、均衡共享”的高质量发展之路,重点以增强科创优势、夯实产业基石、创新治理效能、优化服务效率为切入点与突破点,聚焦发力,协同发力,做强内循环、拓宽外循环、提升双循环,积极打造“双循环”新发展格局的安徽典范。

With the boost from the strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative and the Pilot Free Trade Zone,the foreign trade of Anhui has manifested many new characteristics and dynamics in its mar⁃kets,windows,platforms,formats,channels and so on.Under the guidance of the strategic blueprint of the"Double-cycle"new development pattern,it's advised that Anhui's foreign trade should adhere to the highquality development path of diversified innovation,coordinated opening,universal green and balanced shar⁃ing.It should prioritize as the entry point and breakthrough point,the following measures,such as strengthen⁃ing the advantages of scientific innovation,consolidating the industrial cornerstone,improving the efficiency of innovation governance,and optimizing the service efficiency.It should focus on and coordinate efforts to strengthen the internal cycle,broaden the external cycle and improve the double cycles,in order to actively build an Anhui model of the"double cycle"development pattern.
