“一带一路”视域下高职教育国际化发展路径构建

On the Path Construction of Internationalization Development of Higher Vocational Education Under the Vision of“the Belt and Road”

职业教育治理是全球治理体系的重要组成部分,高职教育国际化发展是高职院校高质量发展的要求。基于“一带一路”视角,依托国际影响表等指标数据监测情况,通过分析我国高职院校国际化发展现状,建立高职院校国际化发展“345”模式,按照“请进来、走出去、影响力”三个维度,加载PDCA四个循环作为质量保证机制,从学校、教师、专业、课程和学生等五个层面构建国际化发展路径,有利于推动高职教育迈入高质量发展的“高架桥”,为形成具有成长性的高职教育高质量发展体系提供新的思路。

Vocational education governance is an important part of the global governance system.The in⁃ternational development of vocational education is the requirement of high-quality development of higher vo⁃cational colleges.Based on the perspective of the"the Belt and Road",relying on the monitoring of indicators such as the international impact table,and through the analyses of the current situation of the international development of vocational colleges in China,the"345"model of the international development of higher vo⁃cational colleges is established.According to the three dimensions of"inviting in,going out,and influence",and the four cycles of PDCA loaded as the quality assurance mechanism,the international development path is constructed from five levels of schools,teachers,majors,courses,and students.It is conducive to pushing higher vocational education into the"viaduct"of high-quality development,and the paper provides new ideas for the formation of a high-quality development system of higher vocational education with growth.
