基于微课的翻转课堂教学设计与应用——以应用型本科高校经济管理专业为例

摘要 地方应用型高校经济管理类专业知识具有突出的应用性特征,基于微课的翻转课堂有利于学生认知目标中的应用、创建等高层级目标实现,地方应用型高校经济管理类专业通过基于教学流程的翻转课堂教学设计,并反思翻转课堂教学实践中存在的突出问题,提出翻转课堂教学应用的针对性策略,促进翻转课堂教学最终目标的实现。 The specialized knowledge of economic management majors in local applied colleges and uni⁃versities has a prominent"application"feature.Moreover,flipped classroom based on micro courses is condu⁃cive to the realization of high-level goals of students'cognitive goals,such as cognitive goals of application and creation.This paper puts forward a flipped classroom teaching design based on teaching process for eco⁃nomics and management majors in local applied universities,and"reflects"the outstanding problems existing in flipped classroom teaching practice,and puts forward targeted strategies for flipped classroom teaching appli⁃cation,so as to promote the realization of the ultimate goal of flipped classroom teaching.
