公交维修标准化立足于6S管理的理论基础,通过人、物、环境、管理的标准化建设,对员工的思想意识、仪表着装、行为举止、作业过程等进行规范;对维修场所的设备定置管理、工具形迹管理、标志标识、清洁、制度等设立标准;对厂区维修车间、车行与人行通道、文化宣传等进行标淮化设计,多手段将维修现场打造成为重庆公交的标杆,实现企业降本增效,推动标准化建设在公交维修领域的运用。
