摘要
公交维修标准化立足于6S管理的理论基础,通过人、物、环境、管理的标准化建设,对员工的思想意识、仪表着装、行为举止、作业过程等进行规范;对维修场所的设备定置管理、工具形迹管理、标志标识、清洁、制度等设立标准;对厂区维修车间、车行与人行通道、文化宣传等进行标淮化设计,多手段将维修现场打造成为重庆公交的标杆,实现企业降本增效,推动标准化建设在公交维修领域的运用。
Based on the theoretical basis of 6S management,bus maintenance standardization standardizes employees'ideology,appearance,behavior,and operation process through the standardization construction of people,things,environment and management;Set standards for equipment fixation management,tool trace management,sign identification,cleaning,system,etc.in maintenance sites;The maintenance workshop,car dealership and pedestrian passage,cultural publicity,etc.in the factory area are designed to standardize,and the maintenance site will be built into a benchmark for Chongqing public transport by multiple means,so as to reduce costs and increase fficiency for enterprises,and promote the application of standardization construction in the field of bus maintenance.
