Research on the Innovation of the Cultivation of Intelligent Financial Talents in Applied Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Business

新商科建设背景下,传统的商科专业需要信息技术手段进行赋能。基于应用型本科院校“新商科”专业建设视角,聚焦财务数智融合和数字化转型背景下的智能财务专业人才培养创新模式及优化等关键问题,从产教融合平台建设、多元化师资团队构建、协同创新的专业课程体系,以及学科专业内涵和外延的调整等维度,探讨研究具体的创新对策,以期更好地服务于多学科交叉应用型人才的培养输出,提升学生适应大智移云营商环境的能力。

Under the background of new business construction,traditional business majors need to be empowered by information technology.From the perspective of“new business”major construction in applied undergraduate colleges,this paper focuses on the key issues such as the innovative model and optimization of intelligent finance professional talent training under the background of financial digital intelligence integration and digital transformation.From the dimensions of the construction of production-education integration platform,the construction of diversified teacher's team,the professional curriculum system of collaborative innovation,as well as the adjustment of the connotation and extension of disciplines and majors,this paper discusses and studies specific innovative countermeasures,in order to better serve the training and output of applied talents of multi-crossed disciplines and improve students'ability to adapt to the business environment of big-intelligence cloud.
