乡村振兴战略背景下农业类高职院校创新创业教育改革路径研究

Research on the Reform Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Agricultural Vocational Colleges under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着国家乡村振兴战略的实施,农业类院校要以自身办学优势为基础,充分发挥人才培养服务功能。在分析农业类高职院校人才培养现状的基础上,以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例探讨教育改革路径。在乡村振兴战略背景下,江苏农牧科技职业学院打造了“一主两翼”办学格局,积极从创新人才培养模式、扩大继续教育培训、加强科研成果转化、实现教学资源共享共建、开创田间地头式课题、教师培养、毕业生毕业创业等方面,进行了教育改革路径的探索,实现了地方乡村发展所需人才的无缝对接,以更好地服务于地方乡村经济发展。

With the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy,agricultural colleges and universities should give full play to their talent training service functions based on their own advantages in running schools.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of talent training in agricultural vocational colleges,the path of education reform is discussed by taking Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Vocational College as an example.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology has created a“one main and two wings”school-running pattern,and actively explored the path of educational reform from the aspects of innovating talent training models,expanding continuing education and training,strengthening the transformation of scientific research achievements,realizing the sharing and co-construction of teaching resources,creating field-style topics,teacher training,and graduate graduation entrepreneurship,so as to realize the seamless docking of talents required for local rural development,so as to better serve local rural economic development.
