垂直导柱式固体充填液压支架研究分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对现有固体充填液压支架应用于较薄煤层充填开采时,存在充填空间视线受阻、充填效果较差的问题,创新设计了一种新型的具备可观察充填空间的垂直导柱式薄煤层固体充填液压支架。基于垂直导柱平衡系统特征,建立了垂直导柱与顶梁的力学模型,校核检验了该支架结构与强度性能,对比了该支架在低采高视角观察上较普通四连杆支架的优势,结果表明,该支架大大增加了薄煤层充填可视面积,为支架进一步的优化提供重要参考。 In view of the problems of blocked view of filling space and poor filling effect when the existing solid filling hydraulic support is applied to the filling and mining of thinner coal seams,a new vertical guide pillar type thin coal seam solid filling hydraulic support with observable filling space is innovatively designed.Based on the characteristics of the vertical guide pillar balance system,the mechanical model of the vertical guide pillar and the top beam is established,the structure and strength performance of the support are checked,and the advantages of the support compared with the ordinary four-bar support in the perspective of low mining height are compared.The results show that the support greatly increases the visible area of thin coal seam filling,which provides an important reference for the further optimization of the support.
