布尔台低阶煤植物油浮选试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取乳木果油、花生油和稻米油3种植物油作为捕收剂,对布尔台选煤厂的长焰煤煤泥进行了浮选试验研究,并与常规捕收剂煤油的浮选效果进行了对比。研究结果表明,采用煤油作为捕收剂,在煤油用量为7000 g/t时,浮选完善指标为50.23%,此时浮选精煤产率为63.44%,灰分为6.34%。采用植物油作为捕收剂时,浮选效果优于煤油。稻米油浮选效果最好,在稻米油用量为5000 g/t时,浮选完善指标达到最大值,为62.05%,此时浮选精煤产率为80.03%,灰分为6.88%。气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析表明,植物油中含有较多的酯、酸和醇等物质,这些物质的含氧官能团的极性基与低阶煤表面含氧官能团结合,非极性基朝水。FTIR分析表明植物油中极性物质与煤表面极性部分发生氢键作用,非极性部分与煤的疏水部分结合,提高了煤表面的疏水性。 Flotation experiments were carried out with the low-rank coal slime from Buertai coal preparation plant with three vegetable oils(shea butter oil,peanut oil and rice oil)as collectors,and the flotation results were compared with conventional collector kerosene.The research results show that when kerosene is used as the collector,the flotation perfection index reaches 50.23%when the amount of kerosene is 7000 g/t,while the flotation clean coal yield is 63.44%,and the ash content is 6.34%.When vegetable oil was used as collector,the flotation effect is better than kerosene.The flotation clean coal yield was 80.03%,the ash content was 6.88%,and flotation perfect index reached the maximum value 62.05%when the amount of rice oil was 5000 g/t.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC�MS)analysis showed that vegetable oil contains more substances such as esters,acids and alcohols.The polar groups of the oxygen-containing functional groups of these substances were combined with the oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of low-rank coal with the non-polar groups face water.FTIR showed that the polar substances in vegetable oil had hydrogen bonding with the polar part of the coal surface.The non-polar part could combine with the hydrophobic part of the coal,improving the hydrophobicity of the coal.
