摘要
采用水化热分析、XRD测试、XRF化学成分分析、SEM微观形貌分析等现代测试分析技术,研究了机制砂物化参数对混凝土性能的影响规律。结果表明:机制砂MB值<1.4时,随石粉含量增加,混凝土粘聚性增大、包裹性变好,流动性先增大后减小。适量石粉补充了粉体材料的数量,改善了混凝土工作性能。石粉含量过大,浆体的粘度增大,工作性能变差。随着石粉含量的增加,混凝土的抗压、抗折和劈裂抗拉强度均先增大后减小。石灰岩加工的机制砂配制的混凝土的工作性能优秀,力学性能好。配制C40混凝土,石灰岩机制砂的石粉含量宜控制在13%以内。
The influence of physical and chemical parameters of mechanized sand on concrete properties was studied by means of hydration thermal analysis,XRD analysis,XRF chemical composition analysis and SEM microscopic morphology analysis.The results show that when the MB value of machine-made sand is less than 1.4,with the increase of stone powder content,the cohesive property of concrete increases,the wrapping property becomes better,and the fluidity first increases and then decreases.An appropriate amount of stone powder was added to improve the performance of concrete.If the content of stone powder is too large,the viscosity of slurry increases and the working performance deteriorates.With the increase of stone powder content,the compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete increase first and then decrease.The concrete made from limestone machine-made sand has excellent working performance and mechanical properties.When preparing C40 concrete,the content of stone powder in limestone mechanized sand should be controlled within 13%.
