目的:对不同批次加味双柏膏进行质量研究。方法:采用显微鉴别法对大黄及关黄柏进行显微特征研究,采用薄层色谱法对大黄进行薄层色谱研究及其方法考察。结果:不同批次加味双柏膏的大黄及关黄柏显微特征明显易见;大黄的薄层色谱分离效果良好,色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该实验方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于加味双柏膏的质量控制。

Objective Studies on the qualities of different batches of Modified Shuangbai Ointment.Methods The Microscopical Identification was used to study the microscopic characters between Rheum Officinale and Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis,the TLC Identification was used to study the thin-layer chromatogram of Rheum Officinale,etc.Results There were obvious differences in microscopic characters between Rheum Officinale and Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis.The separation effect of the thin-layer chromatogram in Rheum Officinale is good,the TLC spots developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.Conclusion This is a simple and reproducible testing method to be used to control the quality of Modified Shuangbai Ointment.
