Clinical Application of Ginkgo Biloba in Cardiovascular Diseases

心血管疾病是严重危害人类健康的一类疾病,其发病率和死亡率居高不下。因此抗心血管疾病的药物有广阔的市场前景。银杏叶片作为经典的活血化瘀、通脉舒络药物,近年来在心血管病领域内研究颇丰。研究发现,在常规治疗基础上对心血管疾病患者佐以银杏叶片,能进一步降低血液黏稠度,扩张血管、改善血流动力学、拮抗血小板凝聚和血栓形成。文章就银杏叶片的理论基础及其在心血管疾病中的临床应用进行综述。

Cardiovascular diseases are a group of diseases that seriously endanger human health.Its morbidity and mortality rates remain high.Therefore,anti-cardiovascular disease drugs have a broad market prospect.Ginkgo biloba,as a classical blood-stasis-activating and blood-vessel-relaxing drug,has been well studied in the field of cardiovascular disease in recent years.It was found that the use of Ginkgo biloba in addition to conventional treatment for patients with cardiovascular disease can further reduce blood viscosity,dilate blood vessels,improve hemodynamics,and antagonize platelet coagulation and thrombosis.This paper reviews the theoretical basis of ginkgo Biloba and its clinical application in cardiovascular diseases.
