针刺干预肩关节周围炎机制的研究概况

肩关节周围炎是临床常见病,是针刺优势病种之一。通过检索近年来针刺治疗肩周炎相关文献,发现针刺能对致炎细胞因子、致纤维化细胞因子、神经递质、羟脯氨酸产生影响,从而改善疼痛和功能障碍症状。

Periarthritis of shoulder is a common clinical disease and one of the predominant diseases of acupuncture.Through searching the literatures related to the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by acupuncture in recent years,it was found that acupuncture could affect inflammatory cytokines,fibrogenic cytokines,neurotransmitters and hydroxyproline,thus improving pain and dysfunction symptoms.
