植物乳杆菌RSJ01对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化指标、肠道微生物和肠道形态结构的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Lactobacillus plantarum RSJ01 on growth performance,serum antioxidant index,intestinal microorganism and intestinal morphology of yellow broilers

摘要 为研究植物乳杆菌RSJ01对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化指标、肠道微生物和肠道结构形态的影响,采用笼养方式,选取144只1日龄黄羽肉鸡,随机分为3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复8羽。空白组饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组添加0.06%的复合抗生素,试验组添加10 mL/kg的植物乳杆菌RSJ01菌液(菌数1.5×10^(9)CFU/mL,下同)。试验期分1~20、21~41、42~75日龄三个阶段,一共75 d。结果表明:(1)1~20日龄阶段,乳酸菌组黄羽肉鸡的平均日增重较空白组显著提高11.48%(P <0.05);(2)75日龄时乳酸菌组肉鸡的血清抗氧化指标与空白组相比无显著性差异;(3)75日龄时乳酸菌组黄羽肉鸡的回肠和盲肠乳酸菌含量与空白组无显著性差异,但较抗生素组分别显著提高28.51倍和10.75倍(P <0.05);(4)75日龄时乳酸菌组肉鸡回肠的绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值较空白组分别显著提高26.00%和15.94%(P <0.05)。综上所述,日粮中全程添加10 mL/kg的植物乳杆菌RSJ01菌液能显著提高黄羽肉鸡在1~20日龄阶段的平均日增重,显著改善75日龄黄羽肉鸡的肠道形态,并具有促进肠道益生菌菌群繁殖、提高肉鸡血清抗氧化指标的潜力。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum RSJ01 on growth performance,serum antioxidant index,intestinal microorganism and intestinal structure of yellow feather broilers.A total of 1441-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 8 broilers in each replicate.The blank group was fed with basal diet,the antibiotic group was added with 0.06%compound antibiotics,and the experimental group was added with 10 mL/kg Lactobacillus plantarum RSJ01 bacteria solution(the number of bacteria was 1.5×10^(9) CFU/mL,the same below).The experimental period was divided into three stages:1~20 days old,21~41 days old and 42~75 days old,with a total of 75 days.The results showed that:(1)1~20 days old,the average daily gain of yellow-feather broilers in Lactobacillus group was significantly increased by 11.48%compared with that in blank group(P<0.05).(2)At 75 days old,there was no significant difference in serum antioxidant index between Lactobacillus group and blank group.(3)At the age of 75 days,the content of Lactobacillus in ileum and cecum of yellow-feathered broilers in Lactobacillus group was not significantly different from that in blank group,but significantly increased by 28.51 times and 10.75 times compared with antibiotic group(P<0.05).(4)At the age of 75 days,the villi height and V/C value of broiler ileum in Lactobacillus group were significantly increased by 26.00%and 15.94%respectively compared with those in blank group(P<0.05).To sum up,adding 10 mL/kg Lactobacillus plantarum RSJ01 bacteria solution in the whole diet could significantly increase the average daily gain of yellow-feathered broilers at 1~20 days of age,significantly improve the intestinal morphology of 75-day-old yellow-feathered broilers,and had the potential to promote the propagation of intestinal probiotics and improve the serum antioxidant index of broilers.
