不同蛋白原料对仔猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

摘要 为研究不同蛋白原料(酵母水解物、酶解豆粕)对仔猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,试验选取30头平均体重为(13.81±1.53)kg、(35±1)日龄“杜×长×大”三元杂交仔猪,随机分为对照组(基础日粮)、酵母水解物组(基础日粮+1%酵母水解物)、酶解豆粕组(基础日粮+2%酶解豆粕),每个处理组5个重复,每个重复2头猪,公母各半,试验期14 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,酵母水解物组和酶解豆粕组仔猪的平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)上升,仔猪的腹泻率下降,但差异不显著(P> 0.05);酵母水解物组和酶解豆粕组仔猪血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著下降(P <0.05),酵母水解物组和酶解豆粕组之间差异不显著;酵母水解物组仔猪血清中球蛋白水平显著上升(P <0.05),血清白球比显著下降(P <0.05);酶解豆粕组仔猪血清球蛋白水平上升,血清白球比下降,但差异不显著(P> 0.05)。综上,日粮中添加酵母水解物或酶解豆粕能够一定程度上改善仔猪的生长性能,减少仔猪肝脏损伤,酵母水解物还可以提高仔猪的免疫力。 In order to study the effects of different protein raw materials(yeast hydrolysate,enzyme-treated soybean meal)on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of piglets,30 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire hybrid piglets with an average body weight of(13.81±1.53)kg and(35±1)days of age were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(basal diet),yeast hydrolysate group(basal diet+1%yeast hydrolysate)and enzyme-treated soybean meal group(basal diet+2%enzyme-treated soybean meal)with 5 replicates in each group and 2 pigs in each replicate,half male and half female.The experiment lasted for 14 days.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake(ADFI)and average daily gain(ADG)of piglets in yeast hydrolysate group and enzyme-treated soybean meal group was increased,and the diarrhea rate of piglets was decreased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(AST)activity of piglets in yeast hydrolysate group and enzyme-treated soybean meal group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between yeast hydrolysate group and enzyme-treated soybean meal group.The serum globulin level of piglets in yeast hydrolysate group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum albumin/globulin ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The serum globulin level of piglets in enzyme-treated soybean meal group was increased,and the serum albumin/globulin ratio was decreased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of yeast hydrolysate or enzyme-treated soybean meal could improve the growth performance and reduce liver damage of piglets to a certain extent,and yeast hydrolysate could also improve the immunity of piglets.
