中药及中药提取物通过诱导细胞焦亡在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine and its Extracts in the Treatment of Cancer by Inducing Pyroptosis

目的探讨中药及中药提取物通过诱导细胞焦亡在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展。方法通过检索近5年国内外相关文献报道,对中药及中药提取物通过诱导细胞焦亡途径治疗肿瘤的应用价值进行综述。结果延龄草、薯蓣皂苷、高山金莲花素、优度黄酮、川陈皮素、雷公藤甲素、葫芦素B这7种中药及中药提取物可以诱导细胞焦亡,这为肿瘤治疗提供了一种新的治疗思路和方法。结论目前的研究仅限于体内外细胞层面,还缺乏相关人体临床试验的报道。

Objective To explore the research progress of Chinese medicine and its extracts in the treatment of cancer by inducing pyroptosis.Methods This paper reviews the application value of traditional Chinese medicine and its extracts in the treatment of cancer by inducing pyroptosis through searching relevant literatures in the past 5 years.Results The 7 kinds of Chinese herbs and their extracts,such as Trillium tschonoskii Maxim,diosgenin,Calendrin,Euflavone,Tangerine,triptolide,Calendrin B,can induce pyroptosis,which provides a new therapeutic idea and method for cancer treatment.Conclusion The current studies are limited to the cellular level in vitro and in vivo,and there is a lack of reports on human clinical trials.
