Hysterectomy is relatively common in clinical practice,which can be used to treat gynecological diseases such as hysteromyoma and adenomyosis.By surgical removal of part or all of the uterus,the patient's condition can be prevented from worsening.However,this treatment is an invasive treatment,which will destroy the integrity of ovary,uterus and other parts and cause trauma to the patient's body.Based on this,whether hysterectomy will affect the endocrine function of patients has become an important focus of debate among clinicians.This article mainly analyzes the influence of hysterectomy on endocrine function of patients,aiming to provide guidance for clinicians to draw up surgical plans and carry out hormone replacement therapy after surgery.
