穴位按摩预防便秘在老年急性心肌梗死患者中的应用观察

Application of acupoint massage to prevent constipation in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨穴位按摩在老年急性心肌梗死患者便秘预防中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月-2021年12月收治的86例老年急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例;对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位按摩,对比两组患者的干预效果。结果观察组的首次排便时间为(1.57±0.37)d,明显短于对照组的(2.64±0.46)d(P<0.05)。观察组的便秘发生率为0%,低于对照组的13.95%(P<0.05);干预后3d和干预后7d,观察组的每分钟肠鸣音次数均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为97.67%,高于对照组的88.37%(P<0.05)。结论老年急性心肌梗死患者应用穴位按摩护理干预能够有效预防便秘症状的发生,从而提高其临床治疗效果和护理满意度,并加速患者康复,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of acupoint massage in the prevention of constipation in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The first defecation time of the observation group was(1.57±0.37)d,which was significantly shorter than(2.64±0.46)d of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of constipation in the observation group was 0%,lower than 13.95% in control group(P<0.05).The number of intestinal sounds per minute in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 3 days and 7 days after intervention(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 88.37% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint massage nursing intervention in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively prevent the occurrence of constipation symptoms,so as to improve the clinical therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction,and accelerate the recovery of patients,it is worth promoting in clinical.
