心理弹性训练对肝癌介入治疗患者的影响

Effect of psychological resilience training on patients undergoing interventional therapy of liver cancer

目的研究心理弹性训练对肝癌介入治疗患者的影响。方法选取天津市环湖医院2020年1月-2021年1月期间收治的肝癌介入治疗患者200例,随机分组:研究组(100例)、对照组(100例),对照组采取常规护理方式,研究组在此基础上加以心理弹性训练,对两组护理完成后的负面情绪、应对方式、自护能力进行收集及分析。结果两组患者在接受护理后,均取得一定效果,其中研究组SAS焦虑评分、SDS抑郁评分均低于对照组;应对水平(MCMQ)、自护能力(ESCA)均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对肝癌介入治疗患者实施临床治疗时,通过心理弹性护理可取得明显更佳的效果,可显著强化患者在接受治疗时的心理抗压水平及改善心理状态,有较高应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of psychological resilience training on patients undergoing interventional therapy of liver cancer.Method Select our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 of liver cancer interventional treatment patients with 200 cases,randomization:research group(100 cases),control group(100 cases),control group adopt routine nursing way,research group on this basis of psychological elasticity training,after the completion of two groups of negative emotions,coping,nursing ability of collection and analysis.Results After both groups received nursing care,the SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score were lower than the control group;coping level(MCMQ),self-care ability(ESCA)were significantly higher than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with liver cancer,it can achieve significantly better results,which can significantly strengthen the psychological stress level and improve the psychological state of patients during treatment,and has high application value.
