摘要
目的探讨食管贲门癌术后,患者肠内营养支持时间及十二指肠营养管不同固定方法的实施措施及应用效果。方法选择2019年1月-2020年1月江苏省无锡市人民医院胸外科40例食管贲门癌术后患者为样本成员,分为实验组(n=20)和参照组(n=20),观察对比两组患者术后接受肠内营养时间的早晚和十二指肠营养管两种不同固定方法对患者术后恢复的影响。结果实验组患者肠功能恢复时间显著早于参照组(P<0.05);实验组十二指肠营养管移位、脱管、皮肤发红、水疱破损发生情况均显著低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组患者舒适度、总满意度均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论食管贲门癌术后患者8小时开始肠内营养,十二指肠营养管采用改良固定法,不仅固定牢靠,为患者提供全面均衡的营养支持和能量支持,促进患者术后恢复,更降低了不良反应发生率,显著提高了患者的舒适度和满意度,值得临床使用和推广。
Objective To explore the time of enteral nutrition support for patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer after operation,and the implementation measures and application effects of different fixing methods of duodenal nutrition tube.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,40 patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer after thoracic surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The recovery time of intestinal function in the experimental group was earlier than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of duodenal nutrition tube displacement,tube detachment,skin redness and blister damage in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort and total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer started enteral nutrition and duodenal nutrition tube with improved fixation 8 hours after operation,which not only fixed firmly,but also provided comprehensive and balanced nutritional support and energy support for patients,promoted postoperative recovery of patients,reduced the incidence of adverse reactions,improved patients'comfort and satisfaction,and was worthy of popularization.
