厚朴汤联合生化汤治疗剖宫产术后子宫复旧的临床效果研究

Study on clinical effect of Houpu Decoction combined with Shenghua Decoction in treating uterine metaplasia after cesarean section

目的观察厚朴汤联合生化汤治疗剖宫产术后子宫复旧的临床效果。方法选取芦溪县妇幼保健院2021年8月-2022年6月收治的120例剖宫产产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各组均60例;对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以厚朴汤联合生化汤治疗;对比两组临床疗效、恶露干净时间、产后宫缩疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、宫底下降至脐耻间时间与子宫入盆时间。结果观察组总有效率(86.67%)较对照组(66.67%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血性恶露持续时间、恶露完全干净时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产后7d VAS评分均较产后2d降低,且观察组产后2d、7d VAS评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫底下降至脐耻间时间与子宫入盆时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后采用厚朴汤联合生化汤治疗效果较好,可促使恶露更快排出,减轻宫缩疼痛,利于子宫复旧。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Houpu Decoction combined with Shenghua Decoction in the treatment of uterine metaplasia after cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 parturient women with cesarean section admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Houpu decoction combined with biochemical decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,lochia clearance time,post-labor contraction pain score[visual analogue scale(VAS)],the time from fundal descending to umbilical pubic space and the time of uterine entry were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(86.67%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration and clean time of lochia rubra in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of postpartum 7 days in both groups were lower than those of postpartum 2 days,and the VAS scores of postpartum 2 days and 7 days in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The descending time from fundal to umbilical pubic space and the time of uterus into the basin in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After cesarean section,the treatment effect of Hopu decoction combined with biochemical decoction is better,which can promote lochia discharge,reduce the pain of contraction,and facilitate uterine involution.
