不同客流下的城市轨道交通乘客进站时间研究

摘要 利用排队论和交通工程学相关方法,建立了乘客在城市轨道交通车站内的设备服务时间、乘客行程时间、候车上车时间和总进站时间计算模型,并结合轨道车站的实际数据进行仿真验证.结果表明:小客流状态下,乘客进站时间波动较小,但增长率较大;中客流状态下,乘客进站时间和增长率基本稳定;大客流状态下,客流持续增长,逼近“短板”设备的服务临界值时,设备服务时间发生突变,从而导致总进站时间激增,是造成轨道车站乘客滞站的主要原因. Using queuing theory and traffic engineering related methods,the calculation models of equipment service time,passenger travel time,passenger waiting time and total arrival time of passengers in urban rail transit stations were established.Combined with the actual data of the railway station,the simulation verification was carried out.The results show that under the condition of small passenger flow,the fluctuation of passenger arrival time is small,but the growth rate is large.Under the condition of medium passenger flow,the arrival time and growth rate of passengers are basically stable.Under the condition of large passenger flow,the passenger flow continues to grow,and when it approaches the service critical value of“short board”equipment,the service time of equipment suddenly changes.As a result,the total stop time has increased sharply,which is the main reason for the passengers’delay in the rail station.
