脱贫地区乡村儿童家庭家教家风现状、问题与对策

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Family Education and Family Values for Rural Children in Poverty-Stricken Areas

家庭家教家风建设既是家事,也是国事,关系到个人健康成长、社会和谐稳定和国家繁荣发展。党的十九大报告首次提出乡村振兴战略,而脱贫地区乡村儿童家庭家教家风建设正是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。党的二十大报告首次将“加强家庭家教家风建设”写入党代会报告。但是,目前脱贫地区乡村儿童家庭家教家风领域仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。本文基于课题组在脱贫地区开展的乡村儿童家庭家教家风状况调查,聚焦脱贫地区乡村儿童家庭家教家风发展现状,分析了目前存在的主要问题,并提出经济、社会、家庭和社会支持方面对应的政策建议。

Family education and family values is a big issues concerning to personal growth,social harmony and stability,and national prosperity,so it is considered to be both a domestic and national affair.In the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the strategy of rural revitalization has been put forward for the first time,while family education and family values for rural children in poverty-stricken areas is just an important part of this national strategy.Five years later,in the report to the 20th CPC National Congress,“Strengthening the building of family education and family values”has been written in.However,there are still some problems to be solved.This article is based on a survey conducted by the research group in poverty-stricken areas on the development status of family education and family values among rural children.It focuses on the current situation of family education and family values,analyzes the current main problems,and proposes to give supports from the aspects of family itself,government,and the whole society.
