基层家庭教育工作创新与发展研究——基于陕西省神木市的经验启示

Research on the Innovation and Development of Grassroots Family Education Work:Insights based on Empirical Observations in Shenmu City,Shanxi Province

家庭是社会的基本细胞,是个体社会化的重要场所。伴随着经济社会的发展,家庭的生活依托、社会功能日益显著,重视家庭、注重家教、涵养家风建设的社会氛围日益浓厚,家庭教育也逐渐由“私人领域”转向“公共领域”。近年来,从国家到地方都立足时代特征,回应现实生活,聚焦地方实际,积极探索家庭教育工作的创新经验。本文依托对陕西省神木市家庭教育工作的实地调研,对其家庭教育工作创新发展的主要成就进行总结,并基于新时代的新挑战、新问题对基层家庭教育工作的发展空间加以分析,以期为创新基层家庭教育工作提供可行性路径。

The family is the basic cell of society and an important place for the socialization of individuals.As social ties become closer,the family’s role in life,social functions,and civilization is becoming more and more prominent,and a social atmosphere that attaches importance to the family,family education,and family culture is becoming increasingly salient.In recent years,from the national to the local level,there has been a strong emphasis on family education,with active exploration and innovation in family education based on current developments,responds to real life situation,and focuses on local conditions.Based on field research on family education in Shenmu City,Shaanxi Province,this article summarizes the main achievements in the innovative development of family education at the grassroots level and analyzes it in light of the new era,new challenges and new issues,with an aim to delineate a feasible path for innovative family education at the grassroots level.
