“工匠精神”视域下的艺术工学服装类特色应用型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Cultivation Model of Characteristic Practical Talents in Art,Engineering,and Clothing fromthe Perspective of"Craftsman Spirit"

“工匠精神”的内涵是执着专注、精益求精、一丝不苟、追求卓越。为了培育更多“中国工匠”,应用型本科高校在人才培养过程中,以“工匠精神”为主线并将之作为提高人才培养质量的主要思想渗透到培养模式中显得尤为重要。文章着重研究和探索了在“工匠精神”视域下的艺术工学服装类特色应用型人才培养路径,形成可行的人才培养模式。

The connotation of"craftsman spirit"is perseverance,excellence,meticulousness,and the pursuit of excellence.In order to cultivate more"Chinese craftsmen",it is particularly important for application-oriented undergraduate universities to incorporate the"craftsmanship spirit"as the main theme and the main idea of improving the quality of talent cultivation into their training models.The paper focuses on researching and exploring the cultivation path of characteristic practical talents in the field of art,engineering,and clothing from the perspective of"craftsman spirit",forming a feasible talent cultivation model.
