海南省主要叶类蔬菜产业标准体系建设

Study on the Construction of an Industrial Standard System of Main Leaf Vegetables in Hainan Province

叶类蔬菜是指主要食用柔嫩的普通叶片、叶球、变态叶或叶柄的一类蔬菜,是海南省现有蔬菜种类中种植面积大、种类多、市场需求大的蔬菜之一。为了推动海南省叶类蔬菜产业的可持续发展及提高其标准化生产水平,加快建立海南省叶类蔬菜产业标准体系,文章从全产业链的角度,构建了海南省主要叶类蔬菜标准体系总框架,并阐述其主要内容,为海南叶类蔬菜产业的标准化建设提供参考。

Leaf vegetables are a kind of vegetables that mainly eat tender common leaves,leaf bulbs,abnormal leaves,or petioles and are one of the existing vegetables in Hainan Province,with large planting areas,many kinds,and high market consumption.To promote the sustainable development and standardized production level of the leaf vegetable industry in Hainan Province,accelerate the establishment of a leaf vegetable industry-standard system in Hainan Province.From the per-spective of the whole industry chain,this paper constructs the general framework and main contents of the standard system of main-leaf vegetables in Hainan Province,which provides a reference for the standardization construction of the leaf vegetable industry in Hainan.
