摘要
随着天然砂石的紧缺,机制砂成为我国建设用砂的主要来源。针对机制砂中石粉含量过高的问题,本文对石粉含量高达15%的凝灰岩机制砂进行了混凝土配合比优化研究,分析了凝灰岩机制砂与天然砂制备的混凝土的施工性能、力学性能和耐久性能,结果表明:在水泥用量更少的情况下,石粉含量为15%的凝灰岩机制砂混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量和抗氯离子渗透性能优于天然砂混凝土,抗碳化性能与天然砂混凝土相当。
With the shortage of natural sand and gravel,machine-made sand has become the main source of sand for construction in China.In view of the high content of stone powder in machine-made sand,this paper studied the concrete mix ratio optimization of machine-made tuff sand with stone powder content up to 15%,and analyzed the workability,mechanical behavior,and durability of concrete made of machine-made tuff sand and natural sand.The results show that with less cement,the compressive strength,elastic modulus,and chloride ion permeability resistance of machine-made tuff sand concrete with 15%stone powder are better than those of natural sand concrete,and the carbonation resistance is equivalent to that of natural sand concrete.
