黄河流域高质量发展目标下价值链融合对区域协调发展的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Value Chain Integration on Coordinated Development Between Regions Under the High⁃Quality Development Goal of the Yellow River Basin

摘要 区域协调发展是实现黄河流域高质量发展战略目标的重要支撑。基于新时代区域协调发展战略和新发展格局的核心要义,借鉴价值链研究方法,结合我国区域间投入-产出数据,利用空间计量模型实证检验了不同区域的价值链融合发展水平对区域协调发展的作用效果及其中介机制。结果表明:不论是从价值链前向嵌入还是后向嵌入,均验证了价值链融合对于区域协调发展具有正向溢出效应,且以后向嵌入为优。利用中介效应模型证明了市场化水平和产品间关联度提升是助推区域协调发展的重要路径。黄河流域可充分享受价值链融合所带来的区域协调发展红利,但是要打破空间循环累积的负面效应。 In order to realize the goal of regional coordinated development and high⁃quality development in the Yellow River Basin,based on the core elements of regional coordinated development strategy and new development pattern in the new era,this paper drew on the research method of value chain and combined the input-output data of China’s regions to construct regional coordinated development indicators.The spatial econometric model was used to empirically test the effect of the integrated development level of value chain in different regions on re⁃gional coordinated development and its intermediary mechanism.The results show that whether the value chain is embedded forward or back⁃ward,it verifies that value chain integration has positive spillover effect on regional coordinated development,and the backward embedding is dominant.The intermediary effect model was used to prove that the deepening of marketization level and the enhancement of the correlation between products are important ways to promote regional coordinated development.The Yellow River Basin can fully enjoy the dividends of re⁃gional coordinated development brought by the integration of value chain,but the negative effects of spatial cycle accumulation should be bro⁃ken.
