摘要
为适应高附加值货物的快捷运输,国铁集团采用XL_(25T)行李车开行了160 km/h行邮专列。行邮货物虽然以批量的小件货物居多,但是仍不乏有较重货物的运输需求。装卸方式仍人力搬运为主,工作效率不高,限制了集装货物、托盘货物和较大质量货物快速装卸和快捷运输。为进一步满足运输市场需求,对XL_(25T)行李车的集载能力进行了试验研究,并对车内叉车装卸货物的适应性进行了模拟试验验证。
In order to adapt to the fast transportation of high value-added goods,China State Railway Group Co.Ltd uses XL_(25T) luggage car to run the special express train for luggage and mail with 160 km/h speed.Although the majority of luggage and mail goods are small goods in batches,heavy cargo transport demand still exists.The main method of cargo handling is still manual handling,which is inefficient and limits the rapid cargo handling and fast transportation of containerized goods,pallet goods and large weight goods.For meeting the further demand of transportation market,the load carrying capacity of XL_(25T) luggage car is experimentally studied,and the adaptability of forklift loading/unloading in the car is verified by simulation test.
