摘要
受电弓滑板是列车的重要组成部分,其可靠的性能对列车的运行安全具有重要影响。文中分析了受电弓滑板的服役性能要求以及检测现状,系统对比了国内外受电弓滑板的检测技术方法。研究发现,国内外受电弓滑板的检测项目可分为力学性能、电学和温度性能、摩擦磨损性能、自动降弓性能、碳条性能等5大类19小项,IEC 62499-2008、EN 50405-2015与国内的受电弓滑板的检测标准存在一定的关联性,而磨耗性能、碳条性能与国外检测方法的差异较大。文中的研究为更高速度等级受电弓滑板检测标准的制定提供了技术参考。
Pantograph contact strips are important parts of the train,and its performance reliability has an important impact on the safety of train operation.The current situation of pantograph contact strips testing system at home and abroad is analyzed.It is found that the testing items of pantograph contact strips at home and abroad can be divided into five categories and 19 sub items,including mechanical properties,electrical and temperature properties,friction and wear properties,pantograph autodrop performance and carbon strip performance.IEC 62499-2008 and EN 50405-2015 have certain relevance with the domestic testing standards of pantograph contact strips,while the abrasion performance and performance of carbon strips are quite different from foreign testing methods.The research of this paper provides a technical reference for the establishment of higher speed pantograph contact strips testing standard.
