除尘脱硝功能性针刺毡的制备及其性能

摘要 为制备具有除尘脱硝双重功能的针刺毡过滤材料,以聚苯硫醚针刺毡、聚四氟乙烯/聚苯硫醚浸渍毡和聚四氟乙烯/聚苯硫醚覆膜毡为基材,通过浸渍法负载锰铈催化剂后得到3种除尘脱硝功能针刺毡。分别对3种针刺毡的形貌特征、元素分布、孔径分布、透气性能、力学性能、过滤性能及脱硝性能进行研究。研究发现:催化剂负载对聚苯硫醚针刺毡性能影响不大;对浸渍毡影响明显,其孔径和透气性变大、过滤效率明显降低;对覆膜毡的影响表现为其过滤阻力显著增加。此外,催化剂负载后,3种针刺毡滤料均具备了脱硝功能,且脱硝率随温度增加而增大,覆膜毡脱硝效果最优,220℃时其脱硝率为82.35%,有望应用于实际工况中。 In order to prepare the needled felt with dual functions of dust removal and denitrification,three kinds of needled felt with dust removal and denitrification functions were obtained by taking polyphenylene sulfide needled felt,polytetrafluoroethylene/polyphenylene sulfide impregnated felt and polytetrafluoroethylene/polyphenylene sulfide coated felt as the base materials and loaded with manganese-cerium catalyst through the impregnation method.The microstructure characteristics,element distribution,pore size distribution,air permeability,mechanical properties,filtration properties and denitration performance of the three kinds of needled felt were investigated.The results show that the loading catalyst has little effect on the basic performance of the polyphenylene sulfide needle felt,and has a significant effect on the impregnated felt,with larger pore size and venting quality performance and significantly lower filtration efficiency,while the effect on the coated felt show a significant increase in filtration resistance.In addition,after catalyst loading,all three needled felt has denitration function and the denitration rate increases with temperature.The denitrification rate of the coated felt is 82.35%at 220℃,which is expected to be applied in the actual working condition.
