摘要
针对原始回潮率影响山羊绒长度测试的问题,将不同自然环境下的白、青、紫色分梳山羊绒(自然回潮率不同)放入标准环境下调湿后,测试其回潮率(标准回潮率)、纤维长度、短绒率等指标,对比分析各指标的变化。结果表明:山羊绒的标准回潮率与山羊绒本色无关,主要受标准条件下调湿前的自然回潮率影响,且当自然回潮率高于公定回潮率时,测得分梳山羊绒纤维的长度比较长,短绒率比较低;当自然回潮率低于公定回潮率时,测得分梳山羊绒纤维的长度偏短,短绒率偏高。建议通过人为干预,先将样品自然回潮率调整至高于公定回潮率后再置于标准条件下进行调湿,经过该调试后,分梳山羊绒测试结果的可对比性更强,对羊绒生产、贸易的可参考性更高。
The standard moisture regain of the white,green and purple combed cashmere with different natural moisture regain were tested,compared and analyzed to solve the problem that the original moisture regain affects the length of cashmere.The results show that the standard moisture regain of cashmere has nothing with the cashmere color,it is mainly affected by the natural moisture regain before placed it under the standard condition.When the natural moisture regain is higher than that of the convention moisture regain,the length is longer and the short fiber content is lower.When the natural moisture regain is lower than the normal moisture regain,the length of the combed cashmere fiber is shorter and the short wool rate is higher.It is suggested that through human intervention,the natural moisture regain of samples should be adjusted to be higher than the convention moisture regain,and then the samples should be placed under standard conditions for humidity regulation.At this time,the test results of combed cashmere are more comparable,which has significant reference for trade and production.
