摘要
对标准地铁车辆的全寿命周期成本进行分解,分析车辆全寿命周期成本构成、成本因素及成本影响因素。统计了既有地铁车辆的全寿命周期成本构成,并根据分析结果明确了降本方向。在修程修制及设备寿命的优化,简统化(即简单、统一、标准化)、自主化、可维修性设计,智能运维及均衡修的实施等方面,提出了降本解决方案和具体措施。
The whole lifecycle cost of standard metro vehicle is decomposed,and the vehicle full lifecycle cost composition,cost factors and cost influencing factors are analyzed.The whole lifecycle cost composition of existing metro vehicles is statistically analyzed.According to the analysis results,the cost reduction direction is defined,cost reduction solution and specific measures are put forward from aspects including the optimization of maintenance schedules,repair programs and equipment lifespan,simplification(simplicity,unity and standardization),autonomy,maintainability design,intelligent operation-maintenance and balanced repair implementation.
