轨道交通车辆扶手吊碎裂问题分析及优化方案

摘要 针对某型轨道交通车辆扶手吊碎裂问题,跟踪调查维修车辆的扶手吊碎裂售后反馈信息发现,质保期内发生碎裂的扶手吊数量较多,且碎裂发生的区域基本一致,由此初步判断,扶手吊碎裂源于设计缺陷。通过对扶手吊强度及工艺等进行研究与分析发现,扶手吊碎裂由自身结构不合理、加工工艺不完善及装配紧固力矩控制不到位等多种因素导致。根据分析结果,针对产品结构和工艺提出优化方案,并对优化后的样件进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,优化后的扶手吊碎裂问题得到明显改善。 Aiming at the fragmentation problem of a certain type of rail transit vehicle grab handle,the after-sales follow-up investigation of the grab handle fragmentation of the maintained vehicle discovers that a large number of grab handle breaks within the warranty period,and the cracks basically occur in the same area.It can be primarily judged that grab handle breaks because of the design flaw.Through research and analysis of grab handle strength and manufacturing process,it is found that there are multiple factors leading to the fragmentation including unreasonable structure,inadequate processing technology and insufficient control of assembly tightening torque.According to the analysis results,an optimization scheme for product structure and manufacture process is proposed,and optimized samples are tested.Test results show that the fragmentation problem of optimized grab handle is significantly improved.
