数字经济与外贸高质量发展——基于全国经验数据的实证研究

Digital economy and high-quality development of foreign trade——empirical research based on national empirical data

目前,大量文献关注数字经济对贸易规模、贸易效率、贸易成本的影响,鲜有聚焦对外贸发展质量的研究。利用熵权法构建数字经济和外贸高质量发展水平的评价指标,使用2011—2020年31个省份经济发展数据实证分析对外贸高质量发展的影响。研究发现:数字经济不仅能够推动外贸高质量发展,而且对外贸高质量发展的影响存在异质性。在东部或经济发达地区,促进作用较为明显。其通过促进科技创新和产业结构升级,实现外贸发展质量的提升。数字经济对外贸高质量发展具有空间外溢性,对推动邻近地区的外贸质量具有重要贡献。

At present,much literature attention has been paid to the impact of digital economy on trade scale,trade efficiency and trade cost,while few studies have focused on the quality of foreign trade development.This paper uses the entropy-weight method to construct the evaluation index of digital economy and high-quality development level of foreign trade,and uses the economic development data of 31 provinces from 2011 to 2020 to empirically analyze the impact on the high-quality development of foreign trade.It is found that digital economy can not only promote the high quality development of foreign trade,but also have a heterogeneous impact on the high-quality development of foreign trade.In the eastern or economically developed areas,the promotion effect is more obvious.It can improve the quality of foreign trade development by promoting scientific and technological innovation and upgrading the industrial structure.Digital economy has a spatial spillover effect on the high-quality development of foreign trade,and makes an important contribution to promoting the quality of foreign trade in neighboring regions.
