弓形虫眼病1例

TOXOPLASMOSIS:A CASE REPORT

南部战区总医院于2022年5月25日收治1例37岁女性“弓形虫眼病”患者,患者自述左眼视物上方遮挡伴轻微视物变形5 d,不否认接触猫类动物接触史。入院后查体,左眼前房房水细胞(++),前段玻璃体炎性细胞(+++);眼底:黄斑水肿,颞下方血管见增殖膜;实验室血清学及外送眼内液检测:外周血弓形虫IgM抗体(+),眼内液弓形虫IgG抗体(+)且Goldmann-Witmer系数超过正常值。结合眼科查体及血清学等相关检查后诊断为“弓形虫眼病”,予以局部使用皮质类固醇、全身驱虫等治疗,用药第9天复查,患眼视力提高,视网膜下液吸收。

A 37-year-old female patient,diagnosed with Toxoplasmosis,was admitted at the Department of Ophthalmology,General Hospital of Southern Theatre Command on May 25,2022.The patient complained of occlusion above the visual object of the left eye with slight visual deformation for 5 days and a history of contact with cat animals.Ophthalmic examination revealed aqueous cells(++)in the anterior chamber of the left eye,anterior vitreous inflammatory cells(+++),fundus:macular edema,proliferation membrane in the blood vessels of the inferior temporal region.Serological test:toxoplasma IgM antibody(+)and the Goldmann-Witmer coefficient of toxoplasma were higher than normal.The patient was diagnosed with toxoplasmosis after ophthalmic physical examination and serological examination,and was treated with local corticosteroids and an antithelminthic regime on whole body.On the 9th day of medication,the visual acuity of the affected eye was improved and subretinal fluid was absorbed.
