高职院校创新创业教育现状及活力提升策略

Current Situation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Education Institutions and Strategies to Enhance Vitality

高职教育作为与本科教育同等地位不同类型的教育,其社会职能决定职业院校学生要立足专业、面向生产、服务社会。高职院校担负为社会各界培养技术技能人才的重要职责,人才的核心竞争力在于创新,提升高职院校的创新创业工作活力,推动职业院校学生高质量就业备受社会关注。针对高职院校“双创”教育存在的价值观偏移、校企合作协同育人效果不佳、社会服务保障机制不够完善、学校创新创业教育工作及创新能力不足、企业优势资源缺乏等现状和问题,从学生、教师、学校、企业、政府等角度提出了进一步提升创新创业教育活力的具体对策。

As a different type of education with the same status as undergraduate education,the social function of higher vocational education determines that the vocational college students should be based on their major,face production and serve the society.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating technical and skilled talents for all sectors of society,and the core competitiveness of talents lies in innovation.Improving the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges and promoting the highquality employment of vocational college students have attracted much social attention.At present,there is a deviation of values in Entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges;the effect of school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education is not good;the social service security mechanism is not perfect;the innovation ability is deficient;advantageous resources of enterprises are poor.Specific countermeasures to further improve the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship education are put forward in this paper.
