理实一体化“基础护理”课程教学设计与实施——以异地同步实施的“4C/ID”教学模型为例

摘要 “基础护理”是护理专业课程体系中的专业核心课程,同时也是连接专业基础课与专科护理等专业课程的桥梁。医院感染的预防和控制是“基础护理”课程中的一项重要学习项目。理实一体化“基础护理”课程教学实施存在一定的难度。总结了“基础护理”课程中《医院感染的预防与控制》章节的教学实施经验,采用基于“4C/ID”教学模型,指导设计复杂技能的学习任务,通过线上线下同步教学、同步实训的混合教学方式,在加强学生理论和技能的同时,有机融入“尊老爱老、家国情怀”的思想政治教育,通过任务提升护理专业学生的职业素养,同时圆满完成教学任务。 Basic nursing is the professional core course in the nursing professional curriculum system,and also a bridge connecting professional basic courses and specialized courses such as specialized nursing.Prevention and control of nosocomial infections is an important learning item in the Basic Nursing curriculum.There exist some difficulties in the teaching implementation of“basic nursing”intergrated with theory and practice.This paper summarizes The teaching implementation experience of the chapter“prevention and control of nosocomial infection”in“basic nursing”is summarized,which adopts the“4C/ID”teaching model to guide the design of learning tasks of complex skills through the mixed teaching method of online and offline synchronous teaching and synchronous training,strengthens theory and skills intergrated with ideological and political education of“respect and care for the aged”“devotion to family and country”,improves the professional quality of nursing students through tasks,and successfully completes the teaching tasks at the same time.
