摘要
高等医学教育作为医学知识和技术创新体系的基础,其主要目标是培养具有创新精神和创新素养的高级医学人才,并且科研思维的培养对研究生的重要性也越来越突出。分析中医耳鼻喉研究生的教学现状,改善研究生教学,改变教学方式,采用文献导读教学模式,在研究生系统掌握中医耳鼻喉学理论知识的基础上,注重对研究生文献阅读、追踪前沿热点以及创新性思维能力的培养。调动研究生的积极性,激发研究生的学习兴趣,培养研究生的创新意识和创新思维。
As the basis of medical knowledge and technological innovation system,higher medical education’s main goal is to cultivate senior medical talents with innovative spirit and innovative quality,and the importance of cultivating scientific thinking is also increasing.On the basis of postgraduates’systematic grasp of the theoretical knowledge of TCM otolaryngology,the literature introduction teaching method focuses on the cultivation of postgraduates’literature reading,tracking of cutting-edge hot spots and the development of innovative thinking ability which can mobilize the enthusiasm of postgraduates,stimulate postgraduates’interest,and cultivate their innovative consciousness and innovative thinking.
