采用中水水源的循环水排污水降解高分子有机物及总氮工艺试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用中水水源的循环水排污水,具有可生化性差、总氮及含盐量高、高分子有机物不易降解等特点,其中添加的阻垢、缓蚀剂为高分子聚合物,增加了处理难度。试验表明:采用固定床曝气微生物滤池,控制反硝化时间3h、曝气时间1h、C/N比在5.5~6.0条件下,当进水总氮平均值35.9mg/L时,出水总氮平均值达到6.89mg/L;采用芬顿试剂法,用硫酸调整pH至2~3,添加有效成分含量27.5%双氧水1L/t、硫酸亚铁(双氧水和二价铁离子的摩尔质量比是1:1)、反应时间2h,当进水COD平均值57.6mg/L时,出水COD平均值达到11mg/L。 The circulating water discharge of reclaimed water source has the characteristics of poor biochemical ability,high total nitrogen and salt content,and easy degradation of polymer organic matter,among which the added scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor are polymer,which increases the difficulty of treatment.The test shows that:the fixed bed aeration microbial filter is used,Controlling the denitrification time at 3h,the aeration time at 1h,and the C/N ratio at 5.5~6.0,When the average total water nitrogen is35.9mg/L,The average value of total effluent nitrogen reached 6.89mg/L;Using the Fenton reagent method,Adjust the pH to 2~3 with sulfuric acid,Adding the active ingredient content of 27.5%hydrogen peroxide is 1L/t,ferrous sulfate(the molar mass ratio of dioxide and divalent iron ion is 1:1),the reaction time of 2h,When the average water inlet COD is 57.6 mg/L,The average COD of the effluent reached 11mg/L.
