摘要
低水泥掺量稳定级配碎石结构层能有效改善路面结构受力特点和基层收缩特性,为研究低水泥掺量稳定级配碎石细集料关键筛孔2.36 mm通过率对其性能的影响,保持粗集料用量相对不变,改变细集料的掺配比例,通过力学性能试验检测分析低水泥掺量稳定级配碎石的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、CBR、抗压回弹模量和干燥收缩情况。结果表明:细集料含量过少会形成骨架空隙结构,降低混合料的力学性能;为保证混合料的密实度,在低水泥掺量稳定级配碎石混合料的级配设计中,2.36 mm筛孔的通过率宜取22%。
The structural layer of graded and crushed stone of stability class with low cement content can effectively improve the stress characteristics of the pavement structure and the shrinkage characteristics of the base course.In order to study the impact of the 2.36 mm pass rate of the key screen of the graded medium and fine aggregate with low cement content on its performance,the coarse aggregate dosage is kept relatively unchanged and the mixing proportion of fine aggregate is changed.The unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,CBR,compressive resilience modulus and dry shrinkage of stable graded gravel with low cement content are analyzed by mechanical properties test.The results show that too little fine aggregate content will form skeleton void structure and reduce the mechanical properties of the mixture.In order to ensure the compactness of the mixture,in the grading design of stable graded crushed stone mixture with low cement content,the passing rate of 2.36 mm sieve should be 22%.
